Service Description
A free 30-minute call to talk through your project, ask any questions, and find out which service is the right fit for you. Please note: £25 fully deducted from your balance when you proceed with a branding or website service.
Cancellation Policy
The £25 consultation fee is non-refundable once the call has taken place, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with a service. The fee is fully deducted from your final balance when you proceed with a branding or website service only - it does not apply to any other services. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will arrange an alternative time. No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Thank you for your understanding!
