Once you've purchased your design, please email us at contact@katedesignedit.com with your Order Number.
In your email, include any specific details you would like us to incorporate, such as your logo, brand colours, and contact information and any relevant information. Additionally, we kindly ask that you attach a minimum of 2-3 reference photos that will serve as inspiration for your design.
Once we have received your email, we will then give you a designated start date and it will take approximately 7 Working Days it complete your design. Please note that any additional changes may potentially extend the timeline.
You are entitled to 3 changes - after this limit has been exceeded there will be a £10 fee per change so please ensure you give us detailed feedback.
