The Process
Step 1 - Secure Your Spot
Secure your spot with a 50% deposit — this officially books you into our schedule. If you need extra clarity you are able to book in a consultation or email us if you have any questions.
Step 2 - Complete Your Project Form
You'll receive a detailed project form to help us fully understand your vision and website requirements - this will include information such as business info, inspiration etc. This must be completed within 5 working days of payment.
Step 3 - Your Design Comes to Life
We'll begin creating your concepts and share your first drafts with you.You can request any refinements you need - we'll polish everything until it feels perfect for you.
Step 4 - Final Approval & Delivery
When you're fully happy with your design, you'll complete the remaining balance.Your final files will then be delivered beautifully organised and ready for launch, so you can reveal your new branding or website with total confidence.
Terms & conditions
1. Deposit & Payment
• A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
• All payments are made in GBP. Any transfer or conversion fees are the client's responsibility.
2. Timelines & Communication
• Projects begin once all required information is received.
• Delays in feedback may extend your timeline.
• No communication for 7 days will pause the project.
• After 21 days of no communication, the project will be archived. A £50 reactivation fee will apply.
3. Revisions
• Your package includes up to 5 revision rounds.
• Major direction changes or new concepts will be quoted separately.
• Additional revisions are £20 per change.
4. Package Changes
• Upgrades are welcome at any time.
• Downgrades are not permitted once work has started.
5. Ownership & Files
• Final files are released after full payment.
• After full payment is received, you will have 100% full ownership of your final approved design.
• Unused concepts remain the property of the Studio.
• Clients are responsible for safely storing final files.
6. Legal Responsibility
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their business name is legally available.
• Clients are responsible for trademark checks and any required licensing. If you require support or guidance with trademarking, we're happy to assist.
7. Portfolio Use
• Completed work may be featured in our portfolio unless requested otherwise before final delivery.
