What’s the difference between a logo and a full brand identity?
A logo is just one piece of your visual identity. A full brand identity includes your logo suite, colour palette, typography, and design direction — giving your brand a polished, professional presence across every touchpoint.

What platforms do you use?
We primarily design on Wix Studio, Wordpress and Shopify — Wix Studio or Wordpress mainly for service-based brands, Shopify for e-commerce. If you will need both a booking system and will be selling products then we recommend Wix Studio.
 
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes — every website we create is fully responsive for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
 
Will I be able to edit my website after it’s complete?
Yes. You’ll receive a short video walkthrough or guide showing you how to make small updates confidently.
 
Do you offer support after launch?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a website walkthrough, one month of post-launch support, and the option to continue with a maintenance plan.
 
Do you include SEO or analytics?
We set up basic SEO (page titles, meta descriptions, and image tags).
 
Can you connect my domain and set up my email?
Yes — we can help you connect your domain, analytics, and email to ensure everything functions smoothly at launch.
 
Do you handle hosting?
No — platforms like Wix and Shopify provide hosting. We’ll guide you through setup, but hosting and domains are purchased separately.
 
Can you help me write my website copy?
Yes — we can assist with copywriting or editing to ensure your content feels clear and aligned with your brand voice. This would be an additional cost.
 
Do you offer e-commerce or booking integration?
Yes — we can set up product listings, booking systems, and payment gateways. Complex uploads or custom systems may incur an additional fee.

🗓 Booking & Process
 
How soon can we start after booking?
We usually begin 3 days after receiving your deposit, the questionnaire has been filled and any project details.
 
How far in advance should I book?
We typically book 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for full branding or website projects. Early booking guarantees your preferred slot. However you are also able to book months in advance.
 
What do I need before we start website design?
Please have your logo, text, high-quality images, domain info, and preferred website platform ready. If you don’t have brand photos, we can create custom AI visuals.
 
What do I need before we start branding design?
Please have your moodboard ready so we have a visual understanding of what you are going for.
 
How does the design process work?
Once you’ve paid your deposit – you will receive an email and will be onboarded onto a client portal where you can see all updates with your project. We begin with a discovery form and creative direction to understand your vision. Then we move into design, refining concepts until everything feels perfectly aligned with your brand. Once you are 100% happy with everything in the package you can pay the remaining balance and all final designs will be handed over to you.
 
How long does the process take?
Branding takes around 2–3 weeks, and websites usually take 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity, the amount of changes needed and communication.
 
Will I get progress updates?
Yes — you’ll receive milestone updates through our client portal and check-ins throughout the process.
 
What if I don’t respond for a while?
If there’s no response for 7 days, your project will be paused and rescheduled.
 
What if I need to reschedule or pause my project?
Projects can be rescheduled with 7 days’ notice. Paused projects over 14 days may need a new start date.

💳 Payments & Policies
 
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — flexible plans are available. Most projects require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before completion. Larger websites can be split into three instalments.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna/Clearpay.
 
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
 
Are deposits refundable?
No — all deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Digital downloads and completed services are also non-refundable.
 
Will there be additional costs?
For branding, no — unless you add extras. For websites, you’ll need to purchase your own domain and hosting subscription.
 
Do you charge for urgent projects?
Yes — a 10% rush fee applies for projects if you would like the turnaround time faster.
 
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes — you can add extras or upgrade your package at any stage.

Do you post client work before launch?
Never. We only share projects once you’ve launched or given permission. If you do not want us to post your work - please let us know once you’ve been onboarded
 
Do you maintain client confidentiality?
Yes — all information, designs, and files remain confidential.
 
Who owns my designs after completion?
Once final payment is made, full rights transfer to you. We may feature your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. However any unused concepts still remain our property.
 
Do you keep backups of my files?
Your files will always be in your portal so if you ever lose them you can retrieve them however we always recommend you to keep them in a safe folder.
